重点的一句：
6个月内，减重不要超过原体重10%。 6个月后，应该坚持几个月平台期，再考虑
新的减重计划。否则伤身体啊。：）
也就是说，对于大多数女生，半年内不能减肥超过10磅。俺没理解错吧。
再加上几个月的坚持平台期。也就是说，1年内，不能考虑减肥超过10磅。
看来俺5磅的目标还是比较现实的。就是不知道啥时候能达到。

Be careful with the serum starvation time though. Sometime you need
to starve the cells really long (till they start to die) to achieve
the maximum quienscence. Sometimes you only need to start 24 hours or less
to obtained your desired result. Start with a time course test will surely
help. |

starvation可能会触发某些cellular process。所以可能会使你的试验得到不一样的结

我就是从你最近的发言看出来你比较喜欢秀，这也没啥。但是你那个cooling的排名显
得cooling那么不重要显然是不对的，所以我跟你举了一个例子说一个m3这样的车跑赛
道都可能第一个要动的都是这个部分，才能有跑的可能。
如果你就是一个更普通的车，比如国内没条件，很多人拿马自达3去跑跑赛道，这类车
子，你更是第一个要动的就是cooling想省钱也是唯一需要动的部分，弄了这个就能跑
上十几分钟没啥问题了。其他啥都不需要改进。
然后你就像国内暴发户一样甩了一堆你车子关于cooling的改装来告诉我你很懂cooling
。所以我点拨了你一下说你这个逻辑也是不对的，从你的排名来说你显然没意识到
cooling有多重要，你秀的关于这个的改动跟你对这个问题的理解没有完全对应。
然后我再解释一下我之前为啥会发第一个贴说你没啥概念。因为我发现你秀的有点多，
善意提醒你应该谦虚一点。从你现在这两个回复更看出了我之前对你的猜测。我觉得你

explain more rather just your own conclusion (CONCLUSION IS NOT CONVINCING
