el camino 上有一家阿富汗餐厅kabul,各种kabob,就是烤肉串,羊肉牛肉都不错
dish dash大家都知道,就是有一次点了一个什么yogurt烧什么羊腿,口味比较重,
san jose,story road上的bun bo hue,和大家平时吃得pho不一样,我的最爱
el camino上的tofu house的tofu soup我很喜欢
wolfe上一家persian food, chelokababi, good
日式么,只要sashimi 新鲜我就满意
castro的maru ichi拉面可以
tai food castro哪家和el camino fishimarket后面那家都还可以

多谢各位的补充!我犹豫了一下,决定还是只列出我去过的地儿,像某些享誉盛名但是
无缘品尝的餐馆,比如沸腾鱼乡,奇峰阁,锅将军等等,大家直接在mitbbs上应该可以
看到不少相关的评价。 另外,我也不是职业吃货啦,而且有些菜只吃过一次,可能某
位大厨一手抖就发挥超常/失常,造成了我对某些菜的印象比较主观化。
海鲜:
Boling Crab (San Jose)> Joe’s Crab Shack (San Francisco) > Tomi Sushi &
Seafood Buffet(San Jose)> Tatami Sushi & Seafood Buffet(Cupertino)
不参与排名:Pier 39 的大螃蟹 (San Francisco), 金禧海鲜酒家(Palo Alto)
Boling Crab的螃蟹从来都是酒香不怕巷子深,关键在于它家的酱绝对不会让人想起它
是一家西餐馆。它家的龙虾也是一绝,当然一旦点了龙虾还打算吃饱的话人均基本在40

最后两天住在韩国城,la是韩国人海外最大集聚地,多大几十万人口,这边到很晚都很
high,街上超多人,很多24小时商店,感觉很安全,如果想住在downtown又不想晚上太
闷的话,可以考虑住在这里,韩国城的club也是完全的k-club模式,即由服务生控制活
动,发名片,手机接收预约进场并控制男女比例和举办各种活动和促销,比较独特。
推荐家餐馆吧BCD tofu,美国最大韩国豆腐连锁,24小时,物美价廉,服务一级,尤其
是汤超正,能把块小豆腐做成一个这么成功的店,还是挺值得称赞的

自己的特色。 比如说吃烤肉要去Honey Pig, 吃牛骨汤要去Duluth H-mart 左边的那个
小店,吃冷面要去那家Cold noddle,也专门卖炒年糕的店,如果你要去一家什么都有
的店也有,就是那家24小时营业的点,图方便的话可以去,东西很一般。你下次可以吃
试着点不同的菜啊,韩国菜有好多比拌饭,凉面好吃的菜呢。。。记得吃韩国菜要去
Duluth, Buford Hwy就那家Tofu店在中国人圈子里有口碑的。。我个人喜欢还是喜欢
去Duluth的TOFU店,东西好吃,环境干净,选择又多。如果要地址店名的话,欢迎咨询
~~~~ 对了,我觉得烤肉buffet的价格还是很合理的啊。。。

We went to Hunan Manor last night. Here is the report:
We ordered Beijing duck, crispy Eggplant, PiBa Tofu, beef strew, rib, soup.
LD loves crispy eggplant. I felt it is a little too sweet. Beijing duck is
more like Guangdong flavor (Shao La). I don't like the tofu. Soup is too
thick.
It is okay to dine, but not a big hit. |

所以豆制品是不建议多吃的。
你随便GOOGLE一下,就知道对SOY的批判有多严厉,而且近年来批判上升的
势头很猛,很多人都不再敢多吃SOY食品。偶尔吃吃没啥。当成“营养健康”
的食物来吃,就不必了。

lunch:
0.5oz gouda cheese + 50g celery + 7.5g 银耳 + 70g romaine lettuce + 6oz
blueberries + 3 cashew clusters
afternoon:
2 cups soymilk + 5 almonds
dinner:
50g beef + 4oz tofu + 125g 韭菜 + 0.5tsp olive oil + 1 tomato(8oz)
total:
around 1200cal

最近几天不知道是不是因为开始吃面包的关系,相当馋。倒不是只馋碳水,是什么都馋
,除了特别甜的甜食。可能是生理期吧。。。基本上都是吃一点点就饱了,但是一会儿
就又馋了 or 饿了。也可能是血糖控制得不好?可是我吃的基本上都是中低GI的东西呀
……

* 饿了多吃苹果. Eat less in the afternoon.

晚上十点看电影吃了俩豆干当零食,之后一算发现本日carbs超标4g.
total: around 1200 cals + 24g carbs
1/21/12(4th day):
10:30am: clams+1 slice tofu+1 cup Bok Choy 130cal + 65cal, 2+2 carbs
12:30pm: 2 dry tofu+1/2 cup cilantro, 230 cals+5g carbs
7:30pm: 3 chicken meatballs(140cal+1gcarbs) + 3oz grilled chicken breast(
65cal+1g) + 2 cups spring mix + olive oil + salt + lemon juice(120 calories,
6g carbs)
Total:卡路里大概齐900,carbs<20g. 总觉得是不是哪儿算错了。吃的东西不少啊。 |

头疼,到了晚上困的,担心有些感冒。昨天傍晚那是瓢泼大雨啊。
早:猪骨汤一碗
中:2 oz mozzarella roll
晚:steamed broccoli 1cup,1.7*2 carbs

今天:
早:3 oz clam+ 1 slice tofu+ 1 cup bok choy soup, 1/4 quiche
