所以在店里量准了,多花点时间试背,感觉好了再买。
其它牌子,鸟包还可以,如果你买包有防水需求的话。
不知道你买这个包目的是啥?就backpacking的话,你考虑到那倆牌子就不错了。
具体挑哪一款更重要些,根据需要看看feature吧。

博主买了两个400g的鹅绒睡袋,发一个个人在用的装备表。很多装备大家应该都熟悉的
。只是就大家感兴趣和常问的一些问题说明一下。这是博主目前的个人出行装备。贴出
来的是双人装备,总重量7294g。如果是单人出行,拿掉一个睡袋和防潮垫,重量为
6030g。考虑到以后很多时候都会是两个人的世界,所以配置上都是双人的考虑。算是
比较轻装了。因为本人在南方活动,所以睡袋选择了最为轻巧的400g鹅绒。
ul方面我的考虑是首先是舒适占主导!在舒适的前提条件下尽量的ul。而不是一味的追
求ul牺牲舒适。下面说一些大家关心的问题:
1。关于背包:花岗岩的烈火算是近期比较热的一个包。1.3kg的重量是目前同等60l里
面算是最轻的吧。有人喜欢说背负系统,而且说出来一套一套的。但是我只想说,如果
你考虑的是全套ul,那么背负系统基本可以忽略讨论。虽然花岗岩的背负系统也不会太

slow stroke, you should focus on reducing the number of strokes each lap;
you can be slow in rotating your torso and in moving your out of water
elbow forward, but you should have acceleration (can be slow at first, but

there is a little more difference, such as the stiffness and binding
position.the difference is to accomodate women's atanomy: lighter than men
with the same height, longer limbs and shorter torso, lower center of
gravity, less strength, etc. of course the difference is very subtle, I don'
t believe any beginner or even intermediate skiers would really feel it. |

S********t 发帖数: 3431 | 29 是的,我觉得这是一个本质的区别。现代Alpine滑法,carving的实质,讲的是利用ski
的sidecut去转弯,用的力道仅仅是把ski压弯,with minimal steering。因为是靠ski
edge的弧线滑,所以前提就是constant snow contact。竞技蘑菇滑法,靠heavy knee
steering,而且器材上也是传统的直ski,没有太多sidecut的。
看了这些内容,我上周末练习的时候,就注意去体会各种不同程度的steering的感觉,
从minimal steering的圆滑carved turn过渡到wiperblade风格的快速窄turn。练下来
,主动体会了两种滑法的区别,就觉得没有前阵子那么迷茫了。
另外一个很大的区别就是stance/position。bumper讲的是tall stacked position,
drive torso upwards and forwards. Alpine讲的是crouched althlete position, 往

During the video analysis on day 2, Jay said both Andrei and I lacked
counteraction (CA) as our upper bodies followed the skis. Well, true, but we
were supposed to focus on CB on day 2, weren’t we? Anyway, CA became the
theme of day 3.
Jay explained to us that CA is used to make better ski edge grip. (I think

我的泳衣是在Modell's或者Macy's买的,有时候运气好在Marshall's也买到过。说到
Marshall's,夏季快结束的时候留意一下,有时候会有很多Speedo,而且很便宜,20块
钱的样子。
我觉得34码对应衣服的7/8码太不靠谱了,我觉得你到Modell's啊Sports Authority这些店里去试一下,搞清楚自己的尺码再上网去订就比较放心一些。

所以吸取我的教训,先清楚尺寸,等到打折时赶紧下单:P

我不明白的地方在于:
游泳时:以右侧手臂伸长/入水为例,身体向右侧翻滚时,因为身体靠近了手臂,不象
一个弹簧拉紧的过程,反而象弹簧放松,释放能量。和原文提到的 “Now, with the
torso moving and the arm fixed, your upper body becomes increasingly taut”
不符合。除非讲的是此时右臂用力前伸,左臂下折抱水,anchor左臂,身体向右转动,
背部躯干从右腰到左肩拉紧积蓄能量。此时anchor左臂很重要,就像D指导前两天说的
,在小臂和肘到达某个角度(60度?)前大臂不要划水。而当身体转动完成,背部拉到
最紧时,完成蓄能,就像击球以前的转体,然后利用背部的肌肉收缩划水。这样解释的
话,和高肘倒是很像。
陆地上也是同样疑问:右手尽量上伸,转动、抬起右肘导致肩部下方拉紧好理解。左髖
抬起,导致身体向右侧转,会靠近右臂,导致拉紧的背部肌肉放松下来。也不会让背部

一位老教练说手不出水恢复的练习对改善这种失衡有帮助。...recover low, lower
than the surface, and you'll not impart rotation or skew to your torso...这
种练习的依据大概是先利用水的巨大阻力排除手,把腰和腿练好再说。但是我觉得这种
