support的, 代表就是VFF这种, 只有个最基本的保护, 没有
任何cushion....
但是racing flats/newton等等heel to toe drop小, 而且轻薄的鞋,
是有neutral/stability两个版本的....
racing flats里面bandito/DS racer/brooks racer st/fastwitch
都是stability的鞋, 不少triathletes在穿, 不过这几双鞋或许不能
算mimimalist...
牛顿可能很多人也觉得不是minimalist, 只不过heel to toe drop
小而已....

,能够承受更高强度的训练。
春季的波马,觉得跑得不错但没能破3还是有些遗憾。本来没打算秋季再跑马拉松。夏
季想搞大ultra,有两周115迈以上的,后来在以色列跑步的时候搞伤了只好退赛。之后
两个ultra距离的relay都感觉状态不错,NW passage w/ 2B bugs跑了40迈平均6:50
pace, reach the beach w/ team tigers跑了30迈平均6:30 pace. 8月份在低mileage
,高强度speedwork的情况下跑了5K PR,17:44. 之后觉得5K训练不给里,要加mileage
。跟波士顿的诸位running buddy开始了高里程的训练。虽然没有阿牛那样来周115迈,
也不知不觉的每周有80迈以上了。有一周88迈包括了pace很快的long run,觉得不跑马
拉松浪费了,就报了4周后的cape cod marathon.
接下来的两周monster week,第一周是78迈,最后周日的20迈平均6:48 pace,是在周

感情500多页的大书就讲了一个计算MAF的公式……
不过我觉得书里没太讲具体训练问题,而且感觉Dr. Maffetone作为医生,最关心的是
健康,至于比赛成绩什么的都是次要的。
要批判大书的可以读一下人家的总结,缺点说的很到位:
* The 180 formula does NOT take into account individual variations in heart
rate stroke volume or muscle physiology for different sports. Maffetone does
not consider maximum heart rate nor resting heart rate to be significant.

浪理论"现象有些粗浅的了解, 尤其去年下半年去佑佑那边开始接触功率训练, 看到一
些像是WKO等等训练软体, 可以从一个选手长期的功率输出, 心跳值, 踩踏等等数值,
来统计你目前是处于Performance的低潮还是高潮, 才慢慢了解训练的博大精深, 原来
自己以前都是在乱练阿!
以前总认为只要一直训练, 体能就会进步, 不过从事铁人运动几年下来, 慢慢变成"
SERIOUS RUNNER or SERIOUS TRIATHLETE"时, 就会开始发现, 为什么上一周吃得很轻
松的课表, 到了本周却吃到快吐? 或者上个月练得很辛苦的强度, 最近却觉得充满神力

一些网友跳出来羞辱讽刺。我无所谓。文章总有喜欢和不喜欢的。
Rodimus对该帖极为不满,说running版不欢迎这类文章,封了很难看。同时说置顶文章
有类似讨论了。
我发帖反驳,问他是不是私人俱乐部,不允许公开发帖,同时要他拿出白底黑字的版规
看我违反了哪一条。我说我读了置顶文章,要么是空连接,要么内容不相同。
Rodimus 根本拿不出任何版规,居然发帖说我是受虐狂。
我发帖反驳说他动不动冒充全版不欢迎新人,还无根据威胁封人,是虐待狂。

络报名,估计以后的IMAZ都得提前1年来做志愿者才可能报上了.
这周末举家带娃带狗辛苦开车5个多小时去做志愿者也算值得,报上了2015的IMAZ,
花了将近800大洋,俺明年的主要目标有了,冬训正式开始.

The wetsuit… sorry, I don’t have much experience with wetsuits either. I
did my first tri and my 4km open water swim without wetsuits. I did my
second tri with a top-half wetsuit ($84). I’ll definitely need my bottom-
half ‘wet-pants’ for my ironman in November.
I met a triathlete in my gym last week. He said his wetsuit cost him $120.

Since you mentioned TI, I'd like to point out that TI is NOT the
definitive way to swim freestyle. Not every good swimmer swims like
that, i.e. very long smooth strokes, prolonged gliding, etc. I've seen
triathletes swim with a relatively high stroke rate, and it sure
doesn't look like they're very relaxed, but their stamina is so good
they can actually sustain that high stroke rate and make good lap

seem to rehash the same basic stuff every few years). A lot of them talk
about how to draft, or tell you to look up every few strokes to stay on
course, but very few seem to deal with the subject in much detail.
