a nice bike rental at the expo. But I have noticed a few differences
between the triathlon bike and the ordinary road bikes -- there is no drop
on the handlebar, for instance. Is there something I need to pay attention

It doesn't get more dramatic than the 2012 Olympic Women's Triathlon finish
in London with a gold medal at stake.
After a furious sprint to the end, Nicola Spirig of Switzerland and Lisa
Norden of Sweden both finished in the same official time: 1:59:48. The final
result was determined by race officials after reviewing the photo finish:

随意分享一下
这个冬天也算坚持锻炼了. 每周大概跑15-20 miles.再加2-3次力量.
最近开始试rowing machine, 觉得似乎个不错的cross training.
看到有Indoor Sprint Triathlon就报名参加了.
rowing 1200 m (level 4)
5:13
cycling 3 miles (没有要求,我设在level 8)
8:21
running 1 mile (1%)
6:38
total 20:12
累死了，强度太高了.
Rowing machine, 平时我用level 8,基本是手酸.
今天用level 4,手臂基本无感.
但是加pace基本都是靠腿,觉得小腿有点紧, 以前没体会过.
cycling时觉得很变扭,腿很酸,但是腿上也觉得使不上劲.不知道是不是level不合适.
cycling后大腿好酸, 本来计划想用6min pace,最后还是降到6:30min.
看啦一下,别人成绩. 相对cycling要慢一些.
不过cycling实在太无聊了.也懒得去练了. |

目前已有多名未名网友完成过三项赛或是正在备战他们的第一次比赛。对三项赛感兴趣
，愿意了解、尝试这项运动的网友更是人数众多。这也是为什么开版的申请能得到这么
多网友支持的原因。现有的游、骑、跑三个版面已不能完全满足三项运动爱好者交流经
验、彼此支持的需求。而Triathlon俱乐部，如ironman2015所言，不能起到促进推广此
运动的作用。

赛的准备，比赛目标，都是完全不一样的。这项运动的比赛准备耗时很长（周期1年到
10年的都有），需要装备相对昂贵，稍有不慎，受伤或者选错了器械，都是很大的损失
。随着这项运动的逐渐普及，我们这些爱好者，尤其是初级入门的各位，很早就有很强
烈的呼声希望有Triathlon板块这样一个平台供大家进行信息交流和组织集体训练。

赛前训练
比赛前两个月开始有规律的准备．每周三下班后参加当地三项俱乐部的游泳训练，每次
一个小时，2500码左右。周四跑步机上跑6英里，时速从6英里逐渐提高到6.6英里。周
末自己骑车一次，30英里左右，有针对性地加强了爬坡训练。我打算从现在开始把每周
一次的游泳，跑步，骑车训练固定下来，作为明年Ironman 70.3 Oceanside的base
training。游泳，跑步都是在周中下班后，骑车是在周六一早，用的都是垃圾时间，基
本上不会影响其他生活，应该可以长期坚持。

标 题: 又游完了一个Speedo Pace Club的Triathlon训练计划

又游完了一个Speedo Pace Club的Triathlon训练计划（8 weeks，24 workouts），最
后一个workout的10x 100m比两个半月前的同一个session平均快了8秒（1:52 -> 1:44)
，并且休息时间也缩短了，现在只休息9秒了。而上周五跟高教练和另一游友（前水球
运动员）游时，10x 100m on 1:50，我的平均pace为1:36（休息14秒）。这两月的进步
真是很显著啊！当然LAVA PANTS的功劳也非常大！

Got up 4am since the transition area will be closed by 5:30am. It’s
interesting to see so many people hung over on the nyc subway at 4:30am. A
clif bar washed down by powerade for the breakfast.
Got to the transition area by 5am and it’s raining pretty heavily. A lot of

cold water, provide flotation so you don't have to work as hard to swim, and
are legal for triathlons.
I have been looking at getting the Volt for a couple of months at $99, but I
jumped on the Vortex 3 for an extra $10 when I saw this coupon. I'm not a
huge fan of drowning, so the extra flotation should come in handy when I
start doing triathlons next year.
