First, she is a bi__tch since she is very good at yelling to people. For her
, pushing people to the edge is the only way to help people. I remember in
this last season of the Biggest Loser one of the contestants from her team
got bone fracture because of over-training. Both Jilian and that contestant
learned hard lesson.
Second, I doubt her knowledge of overall fitness. Like most personal trainer

Weights. 但是这盘被人批评form 不对,被Kettlebell trainer批得体无完肤。
为了学form, 我看了Pavel的From Russian with Tough Love, 但是那个不够无脑，目
标客户也是女生。
有人推荐过The Art of Strengh系列，我准备等这轮P90X完了试试。但我又怕那个程度
太深，不适合我这种菜鸟。 |

port是advanced level, 不建议你用。用这套以前，你必须学基本功。壶铃运动最需要
技术的了，你需要学习他的整套健身体系，不能像哑铃样照葫芦画瓢就行了，更不能跟
Jillian Michaels 的那套垃圾DVD学。基本功跟enter the kettlebell 或from russia
with tough loves 学。
以上几个资料都可以用torrent 下载。壶铃最好不要用adjustable的，你先用26和35lb

and burn里面的fat burner。是不是要继续吃呢？本来是说 leave no stone
unturned，而且以前跑步的时候听她的广播还是蛮喜欢她的，可是好像还很口渴的样子
，不知道副作用是怎样。
今天早上128磅，恢复到度假前的水平，大概水分恢复了平衡吧。
今天没有锻炼的借口是：失眠没有休息好，刚恢复锻炼给肌肉更多的时间修复。
5/14/2011 饮食记录
早餐：
2个鸡蛋（炒）+1碗燕麦粥+葡萄干
午餐：
鸡胸肉（买菜回来太饿了，不大清楚到底吃了多少）+墨鱼排骨汤1碗
晚餐前：
杏仁（又饿了，没数到底吃了多少，至少20个吧）
晚餐：
三文鱼（6~8oz）+西芹（1/2 cup）+带壳黄豆（不知道多少）
感觉好口渴，喝水也不解渴，是怎么回事呢？太渴了，啊啊啊 |

才不到一年
从05年开始一直坚持运动，开始一直跑步，40分钟，09年开始因为跑步膝歇了，慢慢恢
复后加了elliptical machine，前一阵可以跑20分钟，5mph。
去年一直是underweight,现在体重正常了，但是也多了很多赘肉，最近开始加力量，主
要是跟Jillian Michael的No trouble zone |

歇一天足够了，快走/慢跑等柔和运动其实比歇着更促进恢复
不需要歇超过1天，除非你年纪35+，或者怀孕什么的
