律师要求写
---"A Ph.D degree in Math and specialty in applied math and probability is
required"
他的理由是regular perm 要求没有U.S.worker is qualified for this postion,才能
让PERM成功,所以要把这个作为basic requirement将来可以用来据人.
但是学校的负责人要改成
---"A Ph.D degree in Math and specialty in applied math and probability is
prefered"
她的理由是好象跟学校的recruiment process guideline会有冲突,而且她强调我们是
学校,有academic freedom,只要我们说Mr.***是most qualified,那PERM就不会有问题.

完全可以理解咱也别争了，楼主这是一招被江湖骗子咬就真把所有中医中药都当江湖骗
子了。国内从几十年前开始，正经的医学院毕业的中医就接受的是系统的西医培训了，
这我已经反复说过多少回了都，中医的知识和诊治方法等就像这边的specialty一样，
而且这种specialty的构架现在在美国西海岸的医学院也逐渐开始流行起来了。他要是
非把给他小药治性病的江湖郎中当中医，把石灰粉当中药吃也没辙。
再说监管，1） 中成药的监管目前是不完善，但改革开放才多少年啊，别说药监局了，
人民代表大会才存在了多少年啊，完善系统是的循序渐进的；2）非常同意你说的，神
马药没side effects啊，每种都有啊，很多中成药都写了啊 （小偏方除外），没人读
而已，西药side effects一大推，本版有谁把motrin所有的side effects都读了一遍然
后对号入座的，还不是照吃不误，有时候吃什么不吃什么药有没害处自己身体怎么样都

所以写点儿小tips, 希望能对其他人有用
1. 因为船都在4个岛之间穿梭，所以不需要携带护照签证，普通各州驾照足以应付各种检查. 建议登船时间1点之后，最好不要晚于3点半，因为随后有个safety drill, 是必须参加. 再说一般大家都饿的够呛，早点上船，早点吃饭。
2. 到达各港口的时间，常常提前，拖后到达情况恐怕不多，上岸速度快，回来时每次都要排队过安检，所以强烈建议还是提前一些回到码头
3. 房间隔音效果不错，我们没有听到过隔壁任何声音。
4. 每天每人10美元的service charge是自动billed to your onboard account的。
5. 如果你想提前下船，没有问题，去Deck 5的reception desk, 填写一张相关表格，提前结账后就可以走了，随后几天的service charge自然是免收的。
