穷，ACA pricing, Medicare Advantage part C and D bidding, medicaid bidding,
不光自己定价，还要准确估测市场和对手定价不然有可能contract都拿不到，从这点来
说，risk比life, P&C都大。整个医疗系统日新月异，联邦，地方政府，医院，保险公
司，所有都在changing mode。 Life 和P&C的change 相比小多了。ACO 等等各式各样
的initiatives, 多如牛毛， pay for value 又在改变传统的payment 方式，这些

在员工内部“悄然”发布政策备忘录，要求对今年申请计算机职位的H-1B加强审核。这

美国自1990年开始采行H-1B非移民工作签证计划，目前每年分配8.5万个名额，以

statements and conclusion are still right since to become physician, you
need get a MD first, then complete 3-5 years (depending on specialty)
residency training program, then pass the USMLE, then complete 0-3 years (
depending on specialty) fellowship training. In short, you need sigificant
time and efforts beyond first professional degree to be qualified under (K).
