termite, 只是看能不能发现, 一般如果损害不严重, 做一个fumigation就可以了. |

今天请Terminix过来quote， 给我的价钱比以三个月前同一家公司另外一个location的
价钱高了至少6成，上次跟我说一千多，现在的价钱都超过两千。
给我提供了三种方案，1是liquid,打药进地底，保5-10年，首次2300，以后买年跟买保
险似的renew 250/Y， 有保险赔付。2是bait， 首次2000， 以后每年350/Y; 3是
monitoring, 每年360。因为我家现在看不出任何迹象，公司建议我们用第三种就可以
。 但是我倾向用第一种，打一次十年以后再说，也不买每年续保。
大家都用哪种？有没有更合适价位的推荐？ 据说也可以自己买监控盒子，自己搞。 但
是我的地下室已经装修好了，所以，如果有小问题不好看出来。 |

inspector告诉我们，自己看看就好了，墙边上尽量不要留太多草和高出其他地面的土
，过段时间观察有没有异常就好了，实在不放心自己买点药在房子周围撒一圈好了啊
要是药也不同意你买的话，就离吧：） |
